• You must be at least 18 years of age to receive any service or schedule any treatment with HydraFlow Wellness.
• You must provide accurate and complete information about your identity, medical history, allergies, and current medications during intake.
• You represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.

HydraFlow Wellness offers nurse-practitioner-led wellness services including IV hydration therapy, vitamin and lipotropic injections, NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight-loss programs (which may include compounded GLP-1 medications), aesthetic injectables, and life-support certifications. Services are subject to provider review, eligibility screening, and applicable state regulations.

All services are subject to the limitations described in our Medical Disclaimer.

• Appointments may be requested by phone, message, or through our website. All requests are subject to provider availability and clinical screening.
• We may require pre-payment, a deposit, or a valid payment method on file to confirm certain appointments.
• Telehealth services are provided only in states where our providers are licensed. Currently telehealth is offered in Florida.
• You agree to be present at your scheduled appointment time and to provide a safe, accessible environment for in-home or in-business mobile visits.

• Fees for services are disclosed at the time of booking or during your consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
• You authorize HydraFlow Wellness to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed-upon services, including any applicable taxes, deposits, or fees.
• In the event of a failed or disputed charge, we may suspend services until payment is resolved.

Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it carefully.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, video, and software — is the property of HydraFlow Wellness or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission.
