Not Medical Advice
The information provided on this website and during our services is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your primary-care physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website or learned during a HydraFlow Wellness consultation.
Provider–Patient Relationship
Visiting this website does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and any HydraFlow Wellness clinician. A provider–patient relationship is established only after a completed intake, a clinical review by a licensed nurse practitioner, and an in-person or telehealth consultation, where applicable.
Telehealth services are provided exclusively in states where our providers are licensed. Currently telehealth is offered in Florida. Services outside of licensed jurisdictions cannot be provided.
Individual Results May Vary
Outcomes from any treatment, including IV hydration, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, NAD+, and weight-loss programs, vary significantly between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results. Testimonials, reviews, and outcomes shared on our website or social media reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
Service-Specific Disclosures
The following disclosures apply to specific services. Your provider will review eligibility, contraindications, and risks with you before any treatment.
IV Hydration & Vitamin Injection Therapy
- IV therapy and injections involve insertion of a needle and carry inherent risks including but not limited to bruising, infection, vein irritation, allergic reaction, and electrolyte imbalance.
- IV therapy is not a substitute for hydration through normal oral fluid intake or for treatment of underlying medical conditions.
- Patients with kidney, heart, or liver conditions, pregnancy, or known allergies must disclose this prior to treatment. Some protocols may not be appropriate for you.
- All equipment is single-use and disposed of according to clinical safety standards.
NAD+ Therapy
- NAD+ therapy is offered as a wellness intervention. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved NAD+ for the treatment, cure, or prevention of any specific disease.
- Common reactions during infusion include flushing, nausea, chest tightness, and fatigue. Infusions are administered slowly to minimize these effects.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain cardiovascular conditions, and active malignancy are among the conditions where NAD+ may not be appropriate.
Peptide Therapy
- Peptide therapy involves provider-prescribed compounded peptides sourced from a licensed compounding pharmacy.
- Many peptides used in wellness practice are not FDA-approved for the indications for which they are prescribed and may be considered off-label or investigational.
- Risks may include injection-site reactions, hormonal effects, immune response, and other reactions that vary by peptide and individual.
- Long-term safety data for many peptides is limited. By choosing peptide therapy, you acknowledge these limitations and the elective nature of treatment.
Medical Weight Loss (Tirzepatide / GLP-1 Therapy)
- Our weight-loss program may include compounded Tirzepatide or other GLP-1 receptor agonists prescribed by a licensed nurse practitioner.
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. The FDA has issued public guidance regarding compounded GLP-1 medications, and supply, formulation, and oversight may differ from FDA-approved branded products.
- Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, and injection-site reactions. Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury, hypoglycemia (especially in diabetic patients), and thyroid C-cell tumors observed in animal studies.
- GLP-1 therapy is contraindicated in patients with personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), and in patients with severe gastrointestinal disease.
- This program is not appropriate during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for patients with certain endocrine conditions. Your provider will screen you before prescribing.
Aesthetic Injectables
- Neuromodulators and dermal fillers are FDA-approved medical products administered by a licensed nurse practitioner.
- Risks include but are not limited to bruising, swelling, asymmetry, allergic reaction, infection, vascular occlusion (rare but serious), and unintended cosmetic outcomes.
- Aesthetic outcomes vary; touch-ups or corrections may be needed and are not always included in the original treatment fee.
- Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain neuromuscular disorders are typically not candidates.
Life-Support & CPR Certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses offered by HydraFlow Wellness are provider-led educational programs and certification renewals.
- Certification cards are issued by the relevant certifying body (e.g., American Heart Association). Course content does not substitute for the clinical judgment required during real emergencies.
Compounded Medications
Some treatments described on this website (including certain peptides and GLP-1 medications) may be dispensed as compounded preparations from a licensed compounding pharmacy partnered with HydraFlow Wellness. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products and are prepared for individual patients based on provider prescription.
You may review information about our partnered pharmacy in the website footer. Compounded medications, once dispensed, generally cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.
Contraindications & Honest Disclosure
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and pregnancy/breastfeeding status during intake. Failure to disclose this information may result in serious harm.
Our providers reserve the right to decline or discontinue any treatment if it is determined to be unsafe or inappropriate based on the information you provide or your clinical evaluation.
