Cancellations, late arrivals, and refunds.

Cancellation Window
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: a late-cancellation fee may apply (typically 50% of the service fee).
- No-show or cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment: a no-show fee may apply, up to 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals
We make every effort to honor your full appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the visit to stay on schedule for following patients, or reschedule it. The full service fee may still apply.
Refunds
Services Not Yet Rendered
If you have pre-paid for a service that has not yet been rendered and you cancel within the cancellation window above, the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method (less any applicable processing fees).
Services Already Rendered
Services that have been delivered (e.g., an IV infusion that has already been administered) are non-refundable. Treatment outcomes vary and we do not guarantee specific results, as described in our Medical Disclaimer.
Compounded Medications & Prescription Programs
If a refund is requested before a compounded medication has been ordered or dispensed, we will refund the medication portion of any program fee. Once compounding has been initiated or the medication has been dispensed, that portion is non-refundable.
Multi-Session Programs & Packages
- Pre-paid program packages (such as multi-session weight-loss programs) may be cancelled at any time. Unused, undispensed sessions will be refunded at the per-session rate, less any administrative or onboarding fee disclosed at purchase.
- Discounted package pricing is contingent on completion of the full package. If you cancel a discounted package partway through, completed sessions will be re-priced at the standard non-package rate before any refund is calculated.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason (provider illness, weather, equipment issues, or clinical-safety concerns identified during intake), we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not feasible, you will receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount for the affected appointment.
Eligibility-Based Cancellations
If a clinical screening determines that you are not a candidate for a treatment you have booked, the consultation portion of any fee may be retained, and the treatment portion will be refunded. Your provider will explain the reason for the determination and discuss alternatives where appropriate.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, posting may take additional time.
- You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued.
Disputes
If you believe a charge or denied refund is in error, please contact us first so we can review and resolve it directly. We aim to respond to refund disputes within 5 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
